The MMLRC is a Labrador Retriever breed club founded in September, 2022 and located in the Mid Michigan area. More specifically, we are centralized in greater Lansing. We are dog owners, breeders, breed enthusiasts, champions and competitors who work tirelessly to preserve the true Labrador breed.

While we are a new club, our founding members have almost 300 years of experience in the Labrador breed. We are comprised of 6 AKC judges and 5 sweeps judges. Not only do our members show their dogs in the ring, we compete in many dog sports including hunt tests, agility, obedience trials and dock diving. We also have several dogs who are therapy dogs and work with youth and seniors around the state.
